Di Giorgio’s Family Wines has been announced as the BeefLedger 2019 China Showcase III Events Regional Wine Pair Partner.

Di Giorgio’s wines will be paired with carefully selected 100 day grain finished black angus beef from Blue Lake Station. Blue Lake Station and Di Giorgio’s exemplify excellence in regional production. Both based around South Australia’s “south east”, the pairing gives a real depth to the idea of provenance.

The involvement of Di Giorgio’s in this end of year technology and food / wine showcase builds on the active supporting role Di Giorgio’s played in May 2019 when the Changshu Culinary Association delegation of 7 chefs visited Mt Gambier.

At a BBQ hosted by Ray Scott, the chefs shared their passion for cuisine with BeefLedger’s Warwick Powell and Jock McQueenie as well as the team from Chef Outta Water (COW).

The Changshu Culinary Association delegation were guests of COW, with whom they have entered an exchange collaboration MOU. COW’s founders Chef Chris Holen and Simon Millcock will again join up with BeefLedger on the November Showcase program to consolidate relationships.
