BeefLedger was pleased to catch up with NEM’s Jason Lee yesterday at the Melbourne Blockchain Centre.
We progressed discussions around NEM’s Internet of Things project and possible collaboration with aspects of BeefLedger’s supply chain. We were also pleased to meet up with Penn Truong, NEM’s Melbourne Leader, with whom we will take discussions to greater levels of practical detail. Watch this space!
The community around the Melbourne Blockchain Centre has been a very supportive feature of the BeefLedger journey so far. “We first presented the project at the Centre in February 2018, and the project has developed in leaps and bounds since then.
“The connections we made, with the help of Bruno Timpano, have enabled us to accelerate our work in both the technical and ‘real meat’ dimensions of the project.
“The discussions with NEM are another step in the journey, and we are looking forward to expanding our capabilities to better serve the stakeholders of the Australian beef supply chain,” said BeefLedger Chairman, Warwick Powell, after the discussions with Jason Lee.
